Chapter 3- Loving you is simple

Chapter 3We entered my aunties house we were greeted by many of my relatives i saw sara and greeted her she was taking salem and hakeem to the bathroom

I saw two girls comming towards me
"haya mashallah kubartay!" she exclaimed and both girls hugged me
"mashkoora, asfa bs mno?"i asked confused"shno nesateena banat khaltych layla" she said“ee sa7, mashallah hata entow kubartow, shlonkom banat?!” i said

I then remember we used to all play together her(faye),her younger sister rasha and her younger brother thari when i used to visit every summer when i was like 4
faye was tall, quite dark from the sun, wore a head scarf she was around 19 and the  girl next to her was her sister rasha 13 she had short curly hair, big eyes which were really light brown and was lighter than her sister

Thari eye he was so hot like i haven’t seen him in so long we used to play with our bikes in the garden when we were young but we lost touch as we got older he was 17 tanned shakla towa yay mn el shaileh had brown short curly hair, and was really tall and skinny bs ala muscly if that makes sense bs sij ya3ni kan hott!

He was comming towards us

I couldn’t blame him we all changed and looked different

I could see my cousins eye on us i looked and saw ghalya my cousin staring at thari and i, what’s her problem we’re just talking i thought..

We both laughed, he was so easy to talk to but i could see faye getting annoyed that we were leaving her out

"ro7ay yallah, ya3ni shno may seer nitklm ha shno ghayrana?" he said laughing
"owf" and she stormed dragging rasha with her

"okay" i smiled whilst giving him my number

I sat down next to my mum and acted like i new what they were talking about
I felt someone nudge my arm i looked to see sara
"khosh khosh entay o thari ashkara jidam al ehal" she whispered

"khatha raqmich" she asked
"ee Bs ashan adarsha swoora ala whatsapp"
"ee alana " she winked
"chub chub" i laughed
I felt my phone buzz and it was a mesaage from thari

7ady zahgan family reunions are soooo boring

“Ee o ana agool lash kanat ga3d etkhis lema kent ga3ad atkalam ma3a thari!” i said

“Nin7ash ?, hady za7gana yallah 3ad be adventurous!“


“Maynoona wallah enich londeniya! bs yallah eyshay a7san mn kalam el 7areem”

I went back to tharis chat

I've never really done anything like this before but i promised myself that this summer im going to do whatever i can to have fun as i am only a teen once why not have fun yolo ;)

Me and sara slowly shut the backdoor behind us and saw thari in his black gmc

Could he even drive yet? I dont know the rules in kuwait but im pretty sure you have to be 18

I sat in the front and sara in the  back we all burst out laughing and thari looked at me with his big brown eyes "yallah enro7?" he said smiling

I smiled and nodded
He put the radio on and dynomite by taio cruz was on we turned it up and sang loudly in the car
We arrived at mcdonalds he asked us what we want to eat sara said mc chicken and i said bigmac he looked at me and laughed "for once a girl who isnt afraid to eat carbs"
He then turned to the drive thru speaker and said 2 big macs and one mc chicken we ate in the car

“5osh asha!” sara said

Thari chuckled  we drove back to my aunties house
